Booking Terms and Conditions

1. The arrival time should not be before 06:00am on event day. Admission is available on 28th March 2020 by prior arrangement between the hours of 10am to 1pm. Any items left overnight from 28th March 2020 to 29th March 2020 is left at the sole responsibility of the owner.

2. There will be clear signage for the Traders/Exhibitors loading and unloading area. Loading, unloading and security is the sole responsibility of the seller, who must cooperate under Dover Amateur Radio staff. Neither Dover Amateur Radio Club or Discovery Science Park is not responsible for damage, loss or injury.

3. All health and safety rules shall be adhered to; in particular no goods shall be stacked unsafely or stowed in gangways or near escalators, common walkway areas or fire exits/doors.

4. After unloading all vehicles shall be parked in the Traders/exhibitors designated car park at the front of the Discovery Park venue. Unloading shall be complete and vehicles moved by 09:15am. All other visitors and assistance for Traders/exhibitors must park in the blue zone car park and use footpath walkway to Gateway building.

5. At the end of the show packing up must take place in a manner so as not to block gangways or cause danger to visitors.

6. Vehicles can only be moved to loading/unloading bay car park when the show is finished, an announcement will be made. 

7. No fire exit shall be obstructed in anyway, this includes aerial feeds.

8. There are limited power sockets available to traders. Traders must supply own power leads which should be PAT tested. The Discovery Science Park and Dover Amateur Radio Club will not be liable or held accountable for any power/electrical faults from traders’ own equipment.

9. Table sizes are approx. 6’ by 2’6” each.

10. There is free WIFI available at the event and the password will be made available to traders/exhibitors on the day.

11. Trader/Exhibitor/Club passes – These will be issued on the day and must be worn throughout the duration of the event,

12.  Aerial Feeds must not cause obstruction and must be agreed by Dover Amateur club before the event. This is so that we can ensure we allocate a suitable position for you.

13. There will be a talk in radio station on 145.550 MHz using the club call sign G3YMD.
